Marek Schovánek, one of the curators of the North American Pavilion of Art Stays (and long time friend of Ben's), kindly showed us around Berlin upon our arrival. We visited plenty of local attractions, including the Pergamon museum, which featured Babylonian, Greek and Islamic art. Later in the evening, we went out for Wiener Schnitzel and drinks, as per clichéd German custom.
